The Whirlpool/Kenmore 339392 Replacement Lint Screen is the most popular and widespread lint screen filter that slides in the top of the dryer. This lint filter has been used on many Whirlpool and Kenmore dryers since 1964, and is compatible with dozens of dryer models. This replacement lint trap is used in dryers with a 29 inch wide cabinet and inserts into the dryer on the top right hand rear side.
The 339392 lint screen measures approximately 17 5/8 inches in length (not including handle), 19 1/2 inches in overall length (including handle), 7 1/2 inches at screen, and 7 inches wide at the handle. In addition to reducing your energy bill, periodic replacement of the dryer lint screen will help extend the lifespan of your appliance.

I have found this lint screen to be an excellent product, I have been using it nearly daily for several months. Well made, good fit. There is a smallish plastic handle installed, that works well. But if you are somewhat handy you can replace the small handle with the original BIG one. The handles are interchangeable. This swap can be made with common hand tools.
