I have been using this filter for about 3 years now in two separate residential locations. Both locations have a very sandy/silty aquifer, red clay and conifer overgrowth. The filters work very well. They are both replaced every 6 months like clockwork. They do a very good job of trapping the silt from the area as there is never any silt that gets into the house plumbing. The water pressure drop is very minor, I can barely tell and my wife cannot tell at all when we get close to the 6 month change interval. I have some of the best tasting well water and am extremely happy with these filters! I usually order 8 at a time to get the free shipping. I have had to use filtersfast.com tech support a couple of times and they knew their stuff, very happy with them also. Good product and great service, what more can you ask for? Gary
