I have been replacing my ac/heat filter with merv 11 for many years now instead of the common merv 8 to provide cleaner air throughout my home and it's very noticeable collecting more dust keeping the air supply duct work cleaner and especially noticeable catching the dust and keeping the squirrel cage blower fan looking like new or very clean and piece of mind that the air throughout the home is much less dusty. The big difference is replacing the very large filter more often as to not put more stress on the blower motor. The air out vent covers also remain clean and free of visible dust as opposed to running merv 8 filters which cost the same locally as the merv 11 through Filters Fast. In the 25 years in this old house, I am getting 5-7 months with the merv 11 opposed to 12 to 13 months in the past using the merv 8 which the vents and duct work had to be cleaned out much more often with a shop vacuum and a very long hose. For me it's worth using better filters for cleaner air and it's noticeable. Thank you Filters Fast for your air tight gasket filters at a great price!

Don't know if I will purchase from them again. This order I received one filter that would not let my furnace operate properly because it would not let air pass through it and one filter that worked properly. Last order the filters worked fine so I ordered again and had this issue. Three star because they are reasonably priced and shipping is fine but not sure I will try them again.

Still performing great just by looking at how much dust, dirt, pet dander and smoke is trapped on the old filter. Also the gaskets on the filter make for a great seal when inserted into the filter handler!

I've been buying these for several years and was always satisfied. This time the quality was poor. The pleats in the filters were not evenly spaced when the adhesive-coated paper grids were applied, so I have bunched-up and stretched-out pleats, reducing the effectiveness of the filtration. I estimate the effective filter area is about 20-30% reduced. Pleats cannot be evened out without breaking all the glued points of contact with the grid. Photo shows the new filter above vs. the one I am replacing below. I have requested a replacement.

Perfect airtight fit with the top and bottom foam gaskets on the filter. Not all AIR Bear filters have the gasket seals on the filters which allows dust particles pass by the filter which defeats the purpose. Thank you FiltersFast for supplying a quality filter!
